11kk Reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are final — your bet will not be affected by any subsequent odds movements, up or down.
If a match is cancelled before it begins, the stake will be refunded. If a match is suspended after it starts and is not completed within the scheduled time, the stake will generally be refunded — though specific circumstances will be taken into account.
If clearly incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, 11kk Reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake.

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳500. To qualify, a minimum deposit of ৳100 must be made within 72 hours of registration.
For weekly or monthly cashback offers, only losses from bets placed with your own deposited funds are counted — losses from bonus funds are excluded. Cashback is generally credited as bonus balance and carries its own wagering requirements.
